Description

Sanctuary of Truth (Also called Wang Boran and Prasat Mai) is a temple construction in Pattaya, Thailand. The Sanctuary all-wood building filed with sculptures based on traditional Buddhist and Hindu motifs. The building is close to 105 meters (345 feet) high (according to local publicity brochure 100 meters high, 100 meters long, area 2,115 m sq -nov 2012) and covers an area of more than 2 rai. It's features contemporary visionary art based on traditional religious themes. The project was initiated as an idea of Thai businessman Lek Viriyaphant in 1981, and is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
