I should said this "Fuck hate crimes! Hate criminals, you can't destroy our liberties, freedom and democracy."

I told my mom I hated her last week and then I hit her in the head a few times with my aluminum baseball bat. She was concussed and got very mad at me when she woke up so I hit her a few more times. I really hate my mom but I'm scared to report her as injured because I think they're going to charge me with a hate crime. is this true?
